As a recovering sake educator gone rogue, he spent several years as a kurabito, possesses a handful of sake-related certifications, is a tireless kanzake advocate, and serves as producer and co-host of Sake On Air. Justin has held advisory roles with Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the Cabinet Office, and National Tax Agency. He commercially develops a wide range of fermented beverages and hosts gastronomic experiences throughout Japan’s countryside.
